In this growing city with a huge population, there are many different kinds of people; industrialists, workers, merchants, and your average citizens.
However, within any big city, there are always criminals and conspiracies. The Steam City will need a detective on the case!
It’ll be up to Sophie to uncover the mysteries of the Steam City through her investigations.
What mysteries and intrigue await her?
Sophie
The self-proclaimed Detective Girl. With her father away on business, she seizes the opportunity to strike out on her own. Wanting to become as famous as her father and mentor, she’ll take on any case, no matter its contents. Although she’s quick-witted and analytical, her eagerness to prove herself may land her in many a sticky situation…
Lady
The Phantom Thief. The nemesis of the London police force, she likes to put on a show and garner publicity with every heist she performs. She uses trickery and charm to achieve her objectives and has taken an interest in Sophie. What could be the motivation behind her actions…?
Amelia
A long-time friend of Sophie’s, and an avid engineer. She spends most of her time cooped up in her workshop, tinkering away at machines and gadgets. Though she’s happy to help Sophie out, she’s not quick to forget a debt unpaid.

Some story-related spoilers were omitted. If you are unable to find one of these events, try advancing the story.
If you are still unable to trigger an event, try lowering Sophie’s Reason and advancing to the next day.
– A new request in Sophie’s office. Requires <25 Reason.
– Following the above case, a new event may become available in Southwest London depending on how it was resolved.
– Sleep in Sophie’s bed. Requires 0 Reason and to have seen multiple scenes in the public bathhouse.
– After selling a certain photo to any shop, a new event will become available in North London.
– Following the above event, a new event will become available in Northwest London.
– Depending on how a previous case was resolved, a new event with the Quack Doctor may become available.
– After viewing his previous events, new events with Doll Maker Christopher will become available.
– After viewing his previous events, a new event with Street Performer Isaac will become available.
– After losing your virginity, a new event will become available in the Bell & Rabbits Pub.

This game puts you in the mind of games like L.A. Noire and heavy rain. I love it. Their are some good case content inside this sprit style detective game. It starts off with you solving a murder case, moves on to a kidnaping case, a war with mob bosses, and you take on a super thief. Their are plenty more cases but you know I can’t spoil it for you. The combat is traditional turn base with good hit sound. The music is on point for the mood. The city is almost perfect. it has npc but not enough npc on the city streets. The adult content is hit or miss like in all games like this. But I find that the adult content is better in this game than most games of this class. Where as this adult content can be used to manipulate battle or negotiate prices but not enough price negotiations. The downfall as it needs more pictures for each adult frame (not to spoil anything) like if their is a kissing scene they should have had three picture versions of kissing ( I am watering the adult content down using the word kissing instead of…..you know). But the pictures are beautifully drawn. Also the reason or corruption should have had a cool down or a way to reverse it. The game could use more npc around the city to do adult content with or just to add more life to the game. And also this game could use more control on what the player would have the main character do when using adult content. All in all this is the best game I have played in the rpg maker genera of games. Its just to much content here to pass this game up whether you are in it for a straight game, or adult content or you just want to mix it up a bit. This is a great game.

Fantastic game with top H and very interesting setup. Solving detective cases is fun. Very low priced for what you get IMO. The only regrettable thing is that it had to end. I wanted even more detective cases, especially to put those detective skills to use. It felt a bit underwhelming that every skill (level) is only applicable once or twice. Nevertheless, a clear 5-star and a recommendation!
